NMM SoundBytes: Paul Maged is Ready for a “Fight to the Death”

NYC’s Paul Maged is out to prove that rock is not dead. His music encompasses a very wide variety of subgenres that fall into the realm of rock, but never does Maged turn his back on his beloved rock music. With his latest music single, Maged has released a rip roaring metal track that the 80s hair gods and the modern alt-rockers alike can bang their heads to. With the metallic thunder comes a fun computer animation music video to remind us that rock music is not only meant to be loud, but it’s meant to be fun!

The entire new EP, Fight to the Death, is fantastic and the tracks vary in style and tone, but it’s the lead track that shares the title of the EP and sets the entire tone. Without further ado, check out “Fight to the Death”

Justin has been running websites since his first Geocities site in 1994, but only did he ever start covering anything of substance years later. After he stopped regularly running local concerts in Northern NJ and the greater Philly area, he knew he needed to step up his writing game if he expected to continue to get free music to listen to. He writes regularly here and at Cinapse, as well as contributing to a few other sites on occasion. He likes music, film, the Philadelphia Eagles, the 76ers, talking about Criminal Justice, reading Intelligence Report, and his family... not in that order. His beautiful wife is far more talented than he is and his kids far more adorable... and crazy.
