Episode 22: The FUN FUN Episode

Fun Fun Records is a children’s music label that features that special variety of children’s music that somehow doesn’t make me want to pull my hair out. This probably in large part due to the fact that Mike Park (Yes, THAT Mike Park) is the brain behind the operation. And a roster comprised of punk rockers like Greg Attonito (Bouncing Souls) and Kepi Ghoulie (Groovie Ghoulies) doesn’t hurt.

In this podcast episode, I had the privilege of talking not only to the Asian Man himself, but also Greg & Shanti (last name Wintergate, seeing as I forgot it on the podcast) of Play Date and Bryan and Neil of Koo Koo Kangaroo. I’m also joined by special guests, Cash Hendrix Harlan and Weston Max Harlan, a future punk rock powerhouse duo that hasn’t quite hit the big time yet.

This episode features a few great tunes from the Fun Fun lineup, as well as our theme song by Rockie Garibay of Fathom Blue.
