It’s undeniable exhausted death
Underlying truth grey unknown
Truth tellers, pew yellers, cast spellers
Suit lapel flag promise breakers talk
Voting booth rotten tooth hopeful
America, America, God shaved his beard
Devil wants, taunts, fancy restaurants
Lobster tails, rabbit trails, tall tales
Jesus only son, machine gun glory
Mexican border cartels cheap hotels
Heroin soaked, choked, bad jokes
Doomsayers, naysayers, game players
Brave little slaves, grabbing waves
Mini van sellouts, pay per view bouts
Reality TV medicated IV
Nothing but greed, bleed, planted seed
Birthed babies sugar skull death march
Tripping restless troubadour dreams
Nothing for something pressing on
