Big thanks to our partner for the festival, FoundFootage.com!

The full schedule is below, but first, we wanted to share the important info and the answers to a few other questions we’ve been asked in a quick FAQ…

FAQ

How much are tickets?

Entrance is for a suggested donation of $10 or more (we will be accepting Cash and Venmo). All proceeds after paying for expenses will be donated to a local charity. Anyone who donates the suggested amount or more will be entered for door prizes, including baskets from local businesses at the Qmart, Skate or Die Film Fest swag, and more! No extra money? No problem! We still want you there!

Door prizes, you say?

We’ve got some fun prizes including baskets fromEat My Shorts Vintage and Caroline’s Crystals, as well as some swag from The Farsighted’s pods and fests… a few surprises, too!

Where exactly is the festival?

The festival is in the Event Room aka Department #201. It’s the same room where they do pictures with Santa, the Easter Bunny, and Krampus. It’s closest to Entrance #1, so when parking, you can park near #1 and it’ll be right there when you walk in!

What are the seating arrangements?

We’ve got folding chairs that will be set up, but anyone who wants to be comfy and bring their own camping chairs or something along those lines can feel free. Get comfortable and stay all day! We’ll be bringing some comfier chairs for ourselves too.

Will there be vendors and food?

While there won’t be vendors in the room with us, there are tons all over the Qmart and the food here is incredible, from pizza to fried chicken to vegan eats to Puerto Rican cuisine and more!

Can you stop blabbing and just tell us the schedule already?

Yeah, yeah, yeah…below is the full schedule for the festival. Feel free to send any questions to justincharlesharlan@gmail.com.

WORLD PREMIERE

In this unique videopoetic anthology quartet, the found object of a disintegrating dictionary inspires a whimsical and critical exposure of some of early cinema’s foundational mythologies, biases, illusions, and idiosyncrasies. This is a different use of found footage than most of the works included in the festival and a reminder of how broad a medium it can be.

Toy Vlog Hunt (Director: Stephen Escudero) PG-13 (V)

Just a regular toy vlogger stalking the aisles of your local store as usual, beware.

What Makes a Woman (Director: Isabella M Campion) PG

This film is an exploration of the very fluid and very misconstrued experience of femininity, working as an attempt to express the essence, not to be perceived as something to be attained or performed, but as an emotional, beautiful, abstract part of human existence. Another example of the versatility of found footage as a medium, with a different vibe than most of the festival’s entries.

A group of paranormal investigators go live on their latest ghost hunt, only to find something more sinister awaits them.
