3D the Boss Wants You to “Push It” in More Ways than One

Atlanta based Health and Fitness Pop band, 3D the Boss is certainly a unique act in the world of dance pop. First and foremost, they are the first band this longtime music writer and fan has ever seen self-described with the words “health” or “fitness”. Day Adeogba (aka Saint Day), the visionary of the crew, is a personal trainer, personal development coach, and speaker – having done this as his career and passion for nearly 25 years. His wife, Chanda Leigh (aka C Lei Boss Lady), lends her spirit, creativity, and broad vocal talents to the group. And, last but not least, Donna Hawkins (aka Lady Bass), brings the funky bass lines and backing vocals to the trio, rounding our their sound while acting as the group’s musical director. A power trio that out to change lives through fitness and music, how can anyone not love that?

The new album’s title track “Push It” is accompanies by a workout video that’s sure to get your heart pumping. A cardio workout that allows beginners and experts alike can get a nice sweat going accompanies the strong dance pop track, but it has all the pizazz and style of a great music video, as well. As the trio represents their fitness group, YourDay Balance Game, it’s only appropriate that they represent with a positive message and strong single like this one.

If you find yourself enthused and energized by the music and the workout, you can download the YDBG app on Google Play or the Apple App Store today. Or if you really just wanna bump the tunes while you hit the gym yourself or bang out your latest project at the office, you can stream the album at Spotify or your favorite streaming app now.

Justin has been running websites since his first Geocities site in 1994, but only did he ever start covering anything of substance years later. After he stopped regularly running local concerts in Northern NJ and the greater Philly area, he knew he needed to step up his writing game if he expected to continue to get free music to listen to. He writes regularly here and at Cinapse, as well as contributing to a few other sites on occasion. He likes music, film, the Philadelphia Eagles, the 76ers, talking about Criminal Justice, reading Intelligence Report, and his family... not in that order. His beautiful wife is far more talented than he is and his kids far more adorable... and crazy.
