Dave Vamfer Presents a 3-Pack Sampler for the Weekend
Like a flight of beer, sometimes the best way to sample an artist is with a few sips or a few different flavors. In this case, as we head into the weekend, I present to you a short medley of 3 songs that artist Dave Vamfer prepared as a sample of what’s coming on his new album. The medley clocks in just under 3 minutes and blends “Tricks of Life”, “You Need A Little Kick”, and “A Bit of What You Fancy” together to give the listener a small taste of what Dave’s new album is gonna be all about.
Based on this mini flight of musical brews, the name of the game is optmism. Upbeat and uplifting, it’s hard not to compare Dave’s style and feel to Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney on first listen. With a British sensibility, an obvious love for melody, and a tight musical style, it’s hard not to get a bit excited by this taste of tunes.It’s not some cutting edge new style of music or anything, but sometimes that’s not what you need… in fact, sometimes you really just need a a little kick to move on…
